Our Wirehaired Dachshund was given an appointment very quickly for some very complex needs , the Vet and Veterinary nurse were not only very welcoming and personal our Dachshund received the very best possible care with great attention to detail. As the owner of a small animal; a pet hamster, it is tricky to find a place that will treat them, and I am autistic to boot, so struggle going places I’ve never been, but I called Town Vets this morning and they fitted me in, they were really lovely and friendly, and I took my little one up to them, I had to walk as I can’t drive, so the stress was a lot for her , but once at the vet, we didn’t wait long before being seen, and they were wonderful with her, I was so worried and anxious, but the team at Town Vets, were perfect with my little hamster. They walked me through the process of how to give her medication to her, and they treated her with incredible respect and warmth. The treatment and consultation were very reasonably priced and we went through options available should my little one need further treatment. I’m so impressed with Town Vets and although my Sunny Gizmo was stressed going, she immediately went back to sleep at home, so all in all, she didn’t mind her visit at all, because they were lovely with her and even weighed her.
